We pride ourselves in our large list of satisfied clients. Below are a few examples of how we've helped some of our past clients.
This was a Design-Build project. Garden Spot Electric provided the Engineering and Construction for Conestoga Wood. Included in the project was an 80,000 sq. ft. warehouse / assembly area, an office area with a fiber optic link to the main facility, a 160 KW emergency generator, and a 1500 KVA transformer fed from the owners 12,470 volt distribution.
This was a plan & spec project. The facility had existing thic stone walls through which we had to run feeder and branch conduits. The interior of the facility had to be converted from an industrial building into a modern commercial space. We installed a complete new electrical system including lighting, emergency system with generator, power outlets, & floor boxes.
These projects included a 1,250 HP Synchronous motor with high voltage Switchgear and PLC control system, 35kv 4160v step-down transformer with substation modifications.
This was a 126,000 sq. ft. cold storage warehouse with some areas to be operated at temperatures of less than 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Special sealing of wiring was required between warehouse areas with different temperatures to prevent airflow between warehouse sections.
When the Turnpike Commission upgraded one of its interchanges and toll collection building, the traffic flow could not be interrupted. Garden Spot Electric provided all of the electrical work for this multi-phased toll collection project including Traffic Lighting, Emergency Generator, and new offices.
Garden Spot Electric provided all of the electrical work for the new Ephrata WWTP as shown in this aerial view. The project included the intake structure on the far right on the other side of the road, the administrative building in the upper left and all of the process facilities in between.
