- Completed in 2007, this project consists of a complete renovation and addition to the existing structure. Additions include a 4,800 square foot engine room to house six fire fighting trucks and commercial kitchen with assembly hall.
- The HVAC system consists of (12) gas fired packaged rooftop units and split systems. The kitchen is equipped with exhaust hoods and air makeup systems.
- All galvanized sheetmetal ductwork was installed in extremely tight ceiling areas as required to maintain high ceilings in the assembly areas.
- All work completed on time in a 270 day construction schedule.
- The project had multiple phases so the fire company could occupy the building during the course of construction.
