- Completed in 2008, this design-build project consists of an 8,500 square foot addition to the existing facility. The addition includes a 5,000 square foot multi-purpose activity room and 3,500 square foot Narthex — classrooms area.
- The HVAC system consists of gas fired packaged rooftop units and gas fired split systems.
- Special features include exposed spiral ductwork in the multi-purpose room an creative use of ductwork in cathedral ceilings.
- The plumbing system includes adding (11) plumbing fixtures and all plumbing connections required for commercial kitchen. The domestic water piping and sanitary piping were extended to the existing mains already in place.
- Special features include the installation of a state of the art, energy efficient Rinnai gas fired water heater. The Rinnai water heater produces over 300 gallons of hot water per hour as required for commercial kitchens and offers high efficiency during its operation. The Rinnai water heater is compact in size. The innovative tankless technology heats water only as needed when water flow is detected, resulting in endless hot water. Ideal for church kitchens and limited use applications.
